Since our incorporation last year, how's the business of REI going?

That truly depends on various factors that differ from person to person or company to company! We didn't start out in REI with any capital or credit, connections, or inheritances... But we did begin with information overload about so many ways to invest in so many types of real estate.

As we allow our current specialties to grow, we'll use All Real Estate Things Considered to share the following ideas that have lead to success for us, and that other new real estate investors may be interested in:

• ways to invest with little to no capital or credit

• high-return interest and dividend investments

• vehicles and specialties/strategies that require considerable time and money investments (We're less interested in these, but that doesn't mean that you must be, too. Do you!)

• arbitrage and brokering

• tax savings for business entities

• and more

While we're pretty private and quiet, we definitely don't like spending more money than we want to spend or gatekeeping information. So we do hope that you visit us often!
